TO: All train crews, M of W Personnel.

ON: Road service, crews with seniority district - Mainline Subdivision.

DIVISION: Delta

SUBDIVISION: Mainline

SIGNALS IN SERVICE AT MP 31.9

SIGNALING AT  MARY'S CUT INTERLOCKING HAS BEEN ACTIVATED.  THREE SIGNALS ARE NOW ILLUMINATING, AND CONTROL OF TRAFFIC WILL BE GOVERNED BY NORMAL SIGNAL RULES.  SIGNALS WILL DISPLAY 3 ASPECTS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MCKENDREE  BRANCH SOUTHBOUND SIGNAL.  THIS SIGNAL WILL DISPLAY A STOP INDICATION UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.  PERMISSION TO PASS THE STOP SIGNAL MUST BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE VALLEY DISPATCHER.

NOTE:  THE SIGNAL DEPARTMENT WILL CONTINUE WORK IN THIS AREA.  CURRENTLY THE SWITCH POSITION IS NOT INTERLOCKED.  CREWS SHOULD BE AWARE OF TRAFFIC ON AND OFF THE MCKENDREE BRANCH TO INSURE CORRECT ROUTING.
